We realize that arranging a trip for a large group can be difficult. To help us plan the best activities and accommodations for your group, please provide us with an approximate number of people and the maximum number of individuals who might participate.
If the actual number of people in your group is less than your estimate, adjusting your reservation will be simple. However, if the number of people in your group grows substantially, we may need to modify your booking and itinerary to ensure adequate availability.
To book, we usually ask for a deposit of €100. For larger groups the deposit can be up to €50 per person, depending on the total – your travel agent will tell you the exact amount. The rest is paid one month before arrival.
Once we have agreed on an itinerary, we ask for the deposit to secure your booking, and your booking is confirmed as soon as we receive it. The remaining amount is due one month before arrival.
We recognize that planning a stag do for a significant group can be unpredictable. Therefore, we offer travel cancellation insurance to ensure that if any member of the group cannot attend, they will receive a refund.

Partially, yes. You are accountable for booking and purchasing your flight tickets, while we can take care of all other arrangements, including transportation from the airport to Barcelona, as well as any other transportation required for the activities mentioned in your itinerary.
